Shipping:
How much is the shipping fee? How long will it take?
For in-stock items, we process orders within 1-2 business days after purchase. We offer free standard shipping, and the delivery time is between 7 and 15 business days. Alternatively, you can choose Expedited Shipping which takes between 3-5 business days to arrive.

Do you accept PO Box or military addresses?
We only accept order shipping to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) via the Standard Shipping method. Expedited Shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
How do I track my order?
We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has been processed for delivery. In this email, we will include a link to Track your order. If you need further updates, feel free to drop us an email: [email protected].
Payment:
What payment methods can I use?
We accept several payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express. Payment will be processed from your credit card as soon as you place your order. To ensure the security of our customers, we take fraud very seriously and all card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
We currently display prices and accept payment in the following currencies: US Dollars, EUR, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, and British Pounds.

I can’t proceed with the payment, what can I do?

I ordered the wrong thing, how do I cancel or change my order?
The best way to cancel an order is to email: [email protected].

Return & Exchange Policy:
Can I return or exchange my watches?
The products can be returned for a refund within 30 days after being received. Alternatively, you may take advantage of our year-long free exchange service, as long as your order meets the conditions. Please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy for details.
What is the return or exchange process?
Simply email [email protected] to initiate the return process, and we’ll provide you with the return address and other necessary information.
Please send the product along with the product list, which includes the Order Number. Return tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or issue the refund after we receive your returned parcel.
NOTE:
We do not accept returned packages without contact.
Clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

General Inquiries:
What glass/lens do you use for your watches?
Depending on the model, sapphire lens or mineral lens may be used in constructing our watches. Please refer to the specifications on product page for more details.
How do I check if the watch is quartz (battery-powered) or automatic?
The movement used in the watch is listed in the “Specification” section of every product.
How often should I change the battery of my quartz watch?
Quartz watches normally run on silver oxide batteries and typically last between 1 to 2 years depending on their usage. Typically, timepieces with chronograph functions that are frequently used would deplete their battery life faster.
How to maintain the movement of my watch to the best possible condition?
Prevent exposing your watch to shock or impact. Although all of our watches are tested for impact resistance, you should still avoid violent shocks to your watch. Apart from damaging its appearance, this can cause premature wear in materials and components, which may affect the performance of the watch.
You should also prevent exposing your watch to magnetic fields. Avoid leaving your watch close to equipment that can produce strong magnetic fields such as speakers, refrigerators, mobile phones, or magnets as these may affect the performance of your watch. A magnetized movement will cause your watch to run erratically fast or slow.
How do I take care of my leather straps?
As leather is naturally a porous material, you should prevent the leather straps from coming into contact with oily substances, solvents, detergents, or cosmetics. You should also limit its exposure to water regardless of whether the strap is water-resistant or not. By doing this you will be able to help prevent discoloration or premature aging of the material.
